- We offer a 1 year guarantee for all products unless the manufacturers terms differ from this. Proof of purchase will be required.
- Refund Policy
- Under the law you are entitled to a right to cancel. If you wish clarification of your rights, please refer to our terms of business. This is nothing to do with the Sale of Goods Act which deals with faulty products. If your purchase is faulty, we will deal with this under our normal returns procedure. We comply with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You must notify us in writing by post or by email to info@aroundwine.co.uk that you wish to request a refund, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After this time we do not offer refunds. You may return the goods intact, in pristine condition, unopened (if originally sealed) in its original packaging for an exchange equal to or greater than the value of the goods returned. - About Delivery
- Please expect your order of any item to take 7 to 10 working days and we will endeavour to notify you if it is to take much longer. Certain Riedel products will be marked individually on this site if the lead time is longer than 7 days. Please note this when you place your item in the basket. If you require an item urgently please send us an email to that effect. Collection may be possible from Around Wine at 57 Chiltern Street (subject to stock). A same day courier within the M25 can be arranged for an additional charge.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days. With rare exceptions, goods are in stock.
Goods, except EuroCave Charcoal filters, are sent via DHL or Royal Mail requiring a signature.
If you are not in, please leave a signed note for the driver to take away, instructing the driver to leave the goods in a safe location of your choice. EuroCave charcoal filters are sent by standard Royal Mail, no signature required.Royal mail items can be collected from the sorting office.
When ordering, you are able to choose any delivery address that is convenient for you.If you order the wrong goods, it is your responsibility at your cost to return them safely to us for exchange or refund.
We deliver to the UK mainland for a charge between £1.95 and £4.95 depending on the weight and value of the goods. Should you require delivery across water, please place an order and we will contact you about an additional charge for delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
