Michael Broadbent, veteran wine taster, commentator and most respected member of the wine trade has combined his two great loves, wine and art, to create a illustrated maps of two of his favourite wine regions, Bordeaux and the Mosel. Using his architectural training, Michael has sketched, in pen with chalk or aquarelle, some of the most famous chateaux of Bordeaux, including Margaux, Latour and Yquem, as well as views of St Emilion and Bordeaux. In Germany's Mosel, he depicts the serpentine river valley with some of the beautiful villages that lie along its banks including Berncastel, Erben, Trier and more.
Each map is reproduced to the highest standards onto beautiful acid-free calcium carbonate-buffered archival watercolour paper and each map is signed personally by Michael Broadbent and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. These unframed maps have a paper size of 35" x 23" (89cm x 58cm)
